By visiting, creating an account, publishing a listing, submitting content, writing a review, booking an appointment, or otherwise using Infomunu, you agree to these Terms of Use.

  • If you do not agree, please don’t use Infomunu.
  • If you use Infomunu for a business, online store, or professional service, you confirm you’re authorized to act for that listing.
  • These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

  • You must be able to legally agree to these Terms.
  • You are responsible for the information you provide.
  • Infomunu may restrict access if an account, listing, or activity appears fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or illegal.
  • Some features may require an account, a verified email, or additional checks.
  • You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to create an account or agree to these Terms.
  • Minors should use Infomunu only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Minors should not create business listings, professional profiles, appointments, or public reviews without appropriate permission.
  • Infomunu may restrict or remove accounts believed to be created by someone who cannot legally agree to these Terms.

  • Infomunu may send account messages, login codes, password-reset messages, security alerts, appointment updates, listing updates, report responses, support replies, and policy notices.
  • Businesses and professionals may receive messages about listings, reviews, appointment requests, profile status, or moderation actions.
  • You can opt out of optional promotional messages, but not required service or security messages.
  • Future WhatsApp, SMS, or push notifications will require clear consent before they’re enabled.
When SMS, WhatsApp, or marketing messages are added, you’ll be asked to opt in and can unsubscribe from optional messages at any time.

Infomunu helps people discover businesses, online stores, services, products, restaurants, contractors, professionals, reviews, and appointment options.

  • Infomunu may display information submitted by listing owners and users.
  • Infomunu does not automatically verify every business, professional, credential, license, price, hour, image, review, or claim.
  • Businesses and professionals are responsible for the services they provide outside the platform.
Infomunu doesn’t personally guarantee any business or professional. Make your own judgment before contacting, visiting, hiring, booking, or buying.
  • Infomunu may add, change, limit, pause, or remove features at any time.
  • Some features may be unavailable because of maintenance, bugs, outages, abuse prevention, third-party provider issues, or product changes.
  • Infomunu does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature, listing, search result, appointment tool, or dashboard.
  • Infomunu may test experimental features with only some users, businesses, or professionals.

Businesses and online stores may create public listing pages with names, categories, descriptions, images, locations, contact methods, catalogs, services, products, prices, hours, links, and menus.

  • Listing owners must have the right to publish the information, images, logos, links, and catalog content they add.
  • Business information should be accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • Prices, availability, hours, and promotions can change — listing owners are responsible for updating them.
  • Infomunu may hide, edit, limit, or remove listings that appear fake, abusive, illegal, spammy, duplicated, or misleading.
  • A person who creates or claims a business listing must be authorized to manage that business’s public information.
  • A person who creates or claims a professional profile must be the professional or authorized to act for them.
  • Infomunu may request verification such as email confirmation, phone confirmation, document review, domain proof, or social account proof.
  • Infomunu may reject, suspend, transfer, or remove listing access if ownership can’t be confirmed.
  • Disputes between people claiming the same listing may be handled through a support review process.
Infomunu may verify ownership by email or phone confirmation, with support review for disputed listings.
  • Infomunu may merge, edit, hide, unpublish, or remove duplicate, outdated, incomplete, fake, or inaccurate listings.
  • You can report wrong addresses, closed locations, incorrect phone numbers, fake pages, stolen images, or misleading details.
  • Listing owners are responsible for correcting their own published information.
  • Infomunu may keep limited moderation records to prevent repeated abuse.

Independent professionals may publish profiles showing their profession, city, service area, services, prices, availability, portfolio, credentials, certificate links, contact methods, and reviews.

  • Professionals must not claim licenses, certifications, credentials, experience, or endorsements they don’t have.
  • Professionals are responsible for the services they offer and the work they perform.
  • Published phone numbers, WhatsApp availability, emails, social links, certificate links, and portfolio images may be visible to the public.
  • Infomunu may remove or restrict profiles that appear fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, misleading, or illegal.
When you build a professional profile, fields such as phone, WhatsApp, email, city, portfolio, credentials, and availability clearly show whether they’ll appear publicly.

User content may include reviews, ratings, photos, business and service descriptions, product details, prices, images, portfolio items, credentials, appointment notes, support messages, and reports.

  • You must own the content you submit or have permission to submit it.
  • Don’t submit private information about others without permission.
  • You grant Infomunu permission to host, display, format, moderate, and distribute submitted content as needed to operate the platform.
  • Infomunu may remove content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms users, or damages platform trust.

  • Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on a real interaction or experience.
  • Don’t post fake reviews, paid reviews without disclosure, competitor attacks, threats, hate, spam, or personal information.
  • Businesses and professionals shouldn’t pressure users to write misleading reviews.
  • Infomunu may moderate, hide, remove, or flag reviews that appear abusive, fake, irrelevant, or policy-breaking.
  • You can edit or delete your own reviews from your profile.

Infomunu may let you request, create, edit, cancel, or manage appointments and reservations with businesses or professionals.

  • The selected business or professional is responsible for accepting, rejecting, rescheduling, canceling, or completing the service.
  • You’re responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate booking information.
  • Businesses and professionals should keep availability updated.
  • Infomunu may send booking-status messages but doesn’t guarantee that every appointment will be accepted or completed.
Infomunu doesn’t handle payments, refunds, or disputes today, and doesn’t guarantee that a provider will accept or complete a booking.
  • Cancel or reschedule appointments as early as possible when you can’t attend.
  • Businesses and professionals should keep availability updated and notify you when they need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Appointment status may include pending, confirmed, canceled, completed, or no-show.
  • Infomunu does not charge cancellation fees or enforce refund rules unless a future payment feature launches.
  • Repeated no-shows, fake bookings, or abusive appointment behavior may lead to restrictions.

Users, businesses, professionals, and rights owners may report content they believe violates their rights or these Terms.

  • Reports may include copyright, trademark, impersonation, stolen photos, fake credentials, private information, abusive reviews, or unsafe listings.
  • Infomunu may request supporting details before taking action.
  • Infomunu may remove or restrict content while a report is reviewed.
  • Knowingly submitting false reports may result in restrictions.

Infomunu may show external links such as websites, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps, menus, certificate links, payment links, or delivery apps.

  • Infomunu is not responsible for third-party websites, apps, services, content, prices, policies, or transactions.
  • Review external links before sharing personal information or making purchases.
  • Businesses and professionals are responsible for the external links they publish.

If Infomunu later supports purchases, delivery, deposits, online payments, service prepayment, or refunds, additional terms will be added before launch.

Payments would run through a third-party payment processor. Infomunu would not store card details directly.

Infomunu may take action to protect users, businesses, professionals, and platform trust.

  • Remove, hide, edit, or limit content.
  • Reject, suspend, or unpublish listings.
  • Limit features such as reviews, appointments, or profile edits.
  • Disable, suspend, or delete accounts.
  • Preserve information when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
If you think a restriction was a mistake, you can appeal through Help & Contact.
  • Users, businesses, and professionals may contact support if they believe a restriction, removal, report decision, or listing action was a mistake.
  • Infomunu may ask for supporting evidence before changing a decision.
  • Submitting an appeal doesn’t guarantee that content, listing access, reviews, or accounts will be restored.
  • Repeated abusive, false, or bad-faith appeals may be ignored or restricted.
We try to review appeals within [X business days], but timing may vary.

Users, businesses, and professionals agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses that arise from their use of Infomunu or their violation of these Terms.

  • Examples include misleading listings, fake credentials, illegal services, stolen images, unauthorized content, fake reviews, abusive behavior, privacy violations, or misuse of the platform.
  • Businesses and professionals are responsible for the products, services, appointments, claims, prices, credentials, and public information they provide.
Final indemnification wording will be confirmed with legal counsel for the operating company and jurisdiction.
  • Infomunu is provided as available and may change, pause, or stop features.
  • Infomunu doesn’t guarantee that all listing information is accurate, complete, current, or verified.
  • Infomunu doesn’t guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or results of services provided by businesses or professionals.
  • You’re responsible for your own decisions when contacting, visiting, hiring, booking, buying, or relying on a listing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
