How Infomunu handles your data.
This page explains what Infomunu collects, why, who can access it, and what you can control. It applies to visitors, regular users, reviewers, businesses, online stores, and independent professionals who create public profiles.
Business and professional profiles are public listing pages. Private account details and appointment details are not public by default.

This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who visits, searches, creates an account, publishes a listing, writes a review, or books through Infomunu.
- Visitors: people browsing or searching without an account.
- Regular users: people with accounts who save places, write reviews, or book appointments.
- Businesses and online stores: listing owners who publish business information, catalogs, images, prices, links, and contact methods.
- Independent professionals: contractors, specialists, and service providers who publish profiles, services, availability, credentials, portfolio images, and contact methods.
Infomunu may collect information you provide directly, along with information from normal site activity.
- Account data: name, email, login information, saved places, preferences, and profile settings.
- Business data: business name, address, phone numbers, emails, social links, images, descriptions, services, products, prices, hours, and locations.
- Professional profile data: professional name, profession, city, contact methods, services, portfolio images, credential or certificate links, and availability.
- Review data: ratings, comments, photos, timestamps, and moderation signals.
- Appointment data: selected service, business, date, time, status, notes, and cancellation history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, approximate location, page views, errors, cookies, and analytics events.
- Let users search, save, review, and contact businesses.
- Let businesses and professionals create and manage public listing pages.
- Create, confirm, edit, or cancel appointments and reservations.
- Prevent spam, fake reviews, fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

Businesses and online stores can publish information that appears on Infomunu, in search results, on QR links, and on business pages.
- Business name, category, description, images, hours, locations, contacts, links, menus, services, products, and prices may be public.
- Businesses are responsible for keeping their public listing details accurate.
- Infomunu may hide or remove business content that is misleading, illegal, abusive, spammy, or unsafe.
Professional profiles are public listing pages. They may contain personal information because the person is the service provider.
- Public professional profile data may include name, profession, city, services, prices, work photos, portfolio, availability, reviews, and contact methods.
- Phone numbers, WhatsApp availability, email addresses, and social links are public only when the professional chooses to publish them.
- Credentials, certifications, or license links may be shown when the professional adds them.
- Professionals are responsible for keeping their profile accurate and removing details they do not want public.
- Published reviews may show the rating, text, photos, date, and the reviewer’s display name.
- Infomunu may use moderation signals to detect fake reviews, spam, abusive content, or conflicts of interest.
- Please don’t post private information, threats, hate, scams, or content you don’t have the right to share.
- Reviews are public once published.
When you create appointments or reservations, Infomunu stores the booking details and shares only the details needed with the business or professional you selected.
- Booking details may include service, date, time, business, location, notes, status, and cancellation records.
- The selected business or professional may contact you about the booking using the contact data you provide.
- For now, Infomunu avoids storing payment information directly; a payment processor may be added later.
Infomunu may rely on third-party service providers to operate the product. Provider names below are placeholders to be filled in later.

- Access: request a copy of the personal data associated with your account.
- Correction: ask to fix or update incorrect information.
- Deletion: request account deletion or removal of data when appropriate.
- Objection or restriction: ask about specific processing activities and object where the law allows.
- Consent choices: manage optional cookies, analytics, and future promotional communications.
- Self-service controls: edit your name and email from your profile, and update or delete listing information from the dashboard.
- Support path: report inaccurate listings, abusive reviews, or privacy concerns through Help & Contact.
- Use HTTPS, access controls, backups, monitoring, and secure storage practices.
- Restrict admin access to people who need it to operate or support the service.
- Monitor suspicious behavior, spam, fake listings, and abuse signals where appropriate.
- Review and improve security practices over time as the platform grows.
